By commissioning me for custom VRChat textures, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.1. Ownership & Usage RightsThe artist ("I" or "me") retains full copyright and ownership of all texture work created unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.You may not resell, redistribute, or share the textures, including as part of a package, model, or avatar, without my prior written consent.Public avatars: My textures may not be uploaded to public avatars or made available to the public without my written permission.Personal use only: Commissions are for personal use in VRChat or similar platforms unless otherwise agreed upon.2. Refunds & CancellationsOnce work has started on your commission, no refunds will be issued.If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be provided.3. Design Phase & RevisionsDuring the design phase, you may request a reasonable number of changes (specifics to be agreed upon at the start of the project) at no additional cost.After the design phase is approved, any further changes are at my discretion and may incur additional charges.4. Payment & PricingPrices will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.Payment is required upfront or via a split payment plan (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion) as agreed upon.5. Communication & DeliveryI will provide progress updates and previews at agreed-upon milestones.Final files will be delivered in a format suitable for a VRChat model (e.g., PNG, TGA, etc.).6. Artist's RightsI reserve the right to showcase the commissioned work in my portfolio or social media (watermarked or low-res previews), unless otherwise agreed upon.I may refuse any commission request for any reason.7. Client ResponsibilitiesYou must provide clear references and descriptions to help me accurately bring your vision to life.It is your responsibility to ensure you have the rights to any third-party assets, designs, or models provided.8.
